The sixth annual ArtistsRegistry.com Member Juried Exhibit’s opening reception at The Gallery at Avalon opens at 6pm. This exhibit features works by more than 65 visual artists.
Sunday, December 19th:
This is not your ordinary art event, this is the Grandma Party Bazaar. Stardust Video & Coffee hosts this magical art festival where everything is hand-crafted. Food, art, fun, and music…and don’t forget your grandma.
Thursday, December 9th:
Art Affair Gallery presents the opening reception of “Departures”. This showcase features Trish Vevera, who translates the essence of landscape into color, texture, and shape. The reception starts at 5pm and lasts until 8pm.
Yes, it’s December. That means holiday-themed EVERYTHING. Noah Howell is featured in “Pieces of Me” is a holiday-themed show at Sip. Noah creates mixed-media sculptures on masonite. This event lasts until 10pm.
Friday, December 10th:
Just the name of the holiday art show “A Merry Funkin’ X-Mas Party” makes you want to go. This show will be hosted by Taste Restaurant and will include live music, dinner, and drink specials. From 7pm-midnight.
Saturday, December 11th:
Mother Falcon presents “The Future”, including several of their favorite local artists. The artwork is not only for sale, but is also available for T-shirt printing. Come enjoy sounds by Q-Burns Abstract Message and a cash bar provided by Crooked Bayou Catering.
Sunday, December 12th:
Check out “Showdown in the Milk Town”, a double-bill art show presented by The Milk Bar. This show features Ralph Verano and Tracy Burke, two artists that were featured in our very own More Than Sunshine show. It starts at 6pm and lasts unti 11pm.
